Correspondence is welcome by email at editor@dunkdynastyhu.com. A reply usually takes a few working days. There is no telephone line and no live chat; this is a small editorial project rather than a customer service operation, and email keeps the record straight.

What to write about

Corrections are the most useful thing you can send. If a description here is inaccurate, out of date, or gives a misleading impression of a property, please say which entry and what is wrong, and the text will be revised. Suggestions of hotels that fit one of the four sections are also welcome, particularly for the ice hotels section, which is small for genuine reasons.

Questions about how the register is written, requests to correct a property's own listing, and notes about accessibility problems on the site itself all belong here too.

What we cannot do

This site does not take bookings, hold reservations, confirm availability, quote prices, process payments, issue refunds or change anything about a stay. It has no commercial relationship with the hotels described and no access to their systems. If you need to book a room, amend a reservation or resolve a problem with a stay, contact the property directly — only the hotel can help with that.

We also do not publish paid placements, sponsored entries or advertorial. Enquiries of that kind will not be answered.
